All content on this site, including record sheets, articles, and design elements, is the property of Summitvale unless otherwise credited. You may reference and link to our published records, but reproduction of substantial content requires our written permission.

When submitting information through our contact form or subscribing to a plan, you agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any material change relevant to a project you have asked us to follow.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Project record sheets and site visit notes are compiled in good faith from published sources and direct observation, but Summitvale makes no warranty as to completeness and does not guarantee that every record reflects the most current status of a project. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Summitvale's liability for any claim arising from use of this site is limited to the amount, if any, paid by you for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delta State, Nigeria.
